Plenty of women in tech have the drive to build something real. What's missing is usually the room — a place to learn while doing, people a few steps ahead willing to show the way, and permission to start before everything's figured out.
SHEinnov8 is that room. Not a course. Not a cohort. A guild — built the same way we ask every member to build: imperfectly, in public, together.
